Rituals' gold accent.consent/accentgate is bright in every theme, so it can't
double as its own text ink and needs a dedicated legible-ink token — same
story text.on-success already solved. Fixes a WCAG contrast failure on the
macOS app's gold buttons/badges (rituals-macos apps/rituals-macos commit
41f54a1); values already match what was live in that app's generated
udg_tokens.json before this token existed upstream.

Needs the usual design sign-off before merging to main.
