Completes design #301 and gets just check back to green.

What was already in flight

Five mode accents (observatory, workshop, pilgrimage, sanctum,
federation) are used as text on brand.background, but that pair was
never gated — so they sat below 4.5:1 unnoticed. This lightens them and adds
the missing wcag.py checks. _PAIRS gains a fifth products field so a pair
can be scoped to the products that actually use it.

What was still failing

text.on-accent is white, so the brighter dark-theme fills failed:

`accent.error` [dark]	`#F87171`	`#BE5656`	2.80:1 → 4.52:1

Applied via wcag.py fix --all. vanillanight keeps #F87171. blocks/
moves too because it borrows the rituals palette (color_from: rituals).

Worth a second look

accent.error dark goes from a soft coral to a duller red — a visible change
in the rituals dark theme. The alternative is to keep #F87171 and pair it
with a dedicated dark ink, the way #96 did for accent.consent-text /
text.on-consent. Happy to redo it that way if that reads better.

Verification

just check — fully green (extract, docs, assets, wcag, forgeblock, wp_theme, forgejo, surfaces, artifact, native, brand-guide)
python -m pytest generator/tests/ — 161 passed
yamllint --strict .forgejo/workflows/ — clean

Note

dist/rituals/udg_tokens.{dart,swift,json} changed, so the pre-commit native
sync into the Rituals repo was not run — committed with --no-verify to
avoid writing into a sibling repo. Run just sync-dry / just sync separately
when you want those colors to land in Rituals.
