The USB-to-UART-to-GB serial path has unmeasured latency and jitter.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Capture representative LSDj sync sessions.
  • Quantify timing and jitter against a documented acceptance threshold.
  • Decide from the results whether linksync requires a local tick-reclocking schedule.
