Complete the device path from RetroPlug host CDC traffic through MCU UART relay and FPGA linksync injection.

Acceptance criteria:

  • MCU relays host sync data over the 0x8F UART transport.
  • FPGA linksync injects the corresponding GB serial bytes.
  • An Ableton Link-driven LSDj session runs end-to-end on physical hardware.

Source: docs/retroplug-port/README.md (roadmap item 3).
