Scope

Follow-up to #2 (merged before these commits landed). Resolves the 3 allowlisted Swift<->OPSL mismatches by fixing the OPSL side: OPSL v0.3.1 (Toilville/opsl #5) changed the o1nk examples to match the AU.

Re-vendor opsl/*.json from opsl-public tag v0.3.1 (ce5799a); opsl/VERSION updated.
scripts/opsl_parity_allowlist.json is now [].
O1NKParameters.swift: comment fix only (sampleInterp default 0 is Classic, not linear). No code change.

Testing

python3 scripts/opsl_parity.py: no mismatches, exit 0, with an empty allowlist.
Every vendored file is byte-identical to git show v0.3.1:examples/<file> in opsl-public.

Impact Statement

Existing features: none changed; the AU parameter tree is untouched.
Public APIs / contracts: none.
Schemas: none.
Data / artifacts: vendored OPSL docs updated to v0.3.1.
