extract.py's DERIVED_STATES comment still said "PROVISIONAL... await ville's design review" — but #75 is that review, and it already concluded (ship as-is, revisit deliberately). Updates the comment to reflect that, per #75's own ask that the placeholder default be documented as a default rather than implied as correct.
