Small doc update: now that the native colour emitter (PR #62) is merged and the sibling repo adopted the canonical values (Toilville_Rituals PR #189), flip the strategy doc's recommendation #1 to shipped (colour) and note the remaining Swift + non-colour follow-ups. Docs only.

Recommendation #1 (native token emitter) is now built for colour — native.py
emits canonical Dart colour maps + JSON, gated in just build/check, and the
sibling adopted them (Toilville_Rituals PR #189). Update the strategy doc status
and note the remaining Swift/non-colour follow-ups.
