Self-contained SVG of the five colour decisions (D1–D4 + #28) so Ville can review without the enterprise-gated claude.ai artifact — renders inline in Forgejo. Regenerable via docs/reviews/gen_token_decisions_svg.py. Relates to #28.

Static, on-brand (cocoa/terracotta/mustard, Sora) SVG of the five colour
decisions (D1-D4 + #28) — before/after swatches with contrast ratios and a
recommended value each. Renders in Forgejo/any browser with no plan required,
replacing the enterprise-gated claude.ai artifact for sharing with Ville.
