dist/rituals/artifact-phone.html announces itself as "Generated by udg/generators/artifact.py". That generator writes one board — artifact.html. "Phone" now means the SMS tab's mockup inside it, not a second file. So nothing has emitted this since 2026-06-30.

It shows. d41c854 moved the mono face to the system monospace stack and regenerated dist/rituals/artifact.html; this file sat untouched beside it, still naming DM Mono 22 times — a design surface advertising a face the brand retired.

That mattered less while the Design project was a second front door. With #145 merged, dist/ is the only one, and a stale board in it is a wrong answer to anyone who opens it.

Scope

One deletion. I checked the neighbours rather than assuming, because a "stale artifact" guess is easy to get wrong:

Testing

After removal: artifact.py check --all reports 13 boards matching sources, extract.py check --all reports dist/ matching the token sources, and docs.py check --all reports generated docs matching. Nothing regenerates the file, so no gate expects it.

Impact Statement

Deletes one untracked-by-any-generator HTML file from dist/. No token value, live artifact, theme or site output changes, and no generator or gate behaviour changes. The effect is that every board under dist/ is now something the current generators actually produce — which is the claim #145 makes about UDG being the whole system, made true one file further.
