Implements #13.

Delivers spel.tribunal.pragmatic as SVG + PNG, matching the house
style already established for its siblings (spel.tribunal.frame- invariant, spel.veritas, spel.consent, spel.plurality) in PR
#74: a single flattened black compound path, no strokes, real
transparency where the source's white was.

registry.ts's assetStatus/attribution for this token is left as
openmoji — the same state its already-delivered siblings are
currently in, so this doesn't fix or worsen anything there. Flagging
in case that's meant to change as part of closing this out; #13's own
acceptance list includes "Registry updated."

Flattened from Affinity's raw two-tone export into a single black
compound path (same process as PR #74's batch delivery), with a
512px transparent PNG render alongside it. Same house-style pattern
as the icon's existing siblings in this family (spel.tribunal.
frame-invariant, spel.veritas, spel.consent, spel.plurality).

registry.ts's assetStatus/attribution for this token is left
untouched, matching how those same siblings were left after their
own delivery in PR #74 — not updated as part of asset delivery there
either.
