Status: Themeable
Priority: P5 — Nice-to-have distinction

Requirements

Visually distinct from spel.tribunal.frame-invariant (locked mark)
Indicates context-aware, situational judgment
16–64px scales
Toilville brand

Design Notes

Frame-invariant is immutable/transcendent. Pragmatic should feel situational. Consider: partial balance, compass, situation-aware marker, scale with context indicator.

The icon is delivered. SVG and PNG are up in PR #85, following the same flattened single-path house style as the other tribunal-family icons already in the repo.

One open item from the acceptance list: the registry entry for this token still lists openmoji as its asset status. That's unchanged here on purpose — its already-delivered siblings (veritas, consent, plurality, tribunal.frame-invariant) are in the same state, so this keeps things consistent rather than fixing one and not the others. Worth a decision on whether the registry update happens now, as its own follow-up, or as one pass across the whole family.
