About this package

OpenBao/Bastia adapter implementing the SecretStore + CredentialIssuer ports. SecretStore = KV v2 read (.data.data); CredentialIssuer = Bastia /grant-request -> short-lived Delegation. HTTP is behind an injectable VaultTransport so the parse/mapping logic is unit-testable without a live OpenBao. Track B1 extraction of forge-webhook-core::vault + familiar::bastia::VaultClient — additive; the legacy crate stays until the B4 cutover.
