Audit finding

src/PotKeys.cpp explicitly records that the oscillator does not track V/OCT accurately.

Completion criteria

  • Establish a repeatable pitch-tracking test across the supported register range.
  • Correct the conversion/calibration without regressing existing POKEY behavior.
  • Add automated coverage where practical and document calibration limits.
