Goal\nValidate the promoted Access Virus pilot against real hardware and record evidence honestly.\n\n## Scope\n- Test selected-track focus, Push controls, MIDI writes, and observable state behavior.\n- Record device, firmware, connection mode, test date, and known limitations.\n- Update provenance verification fields only for behavior actually observed.\n\n## Acceptance criteria\n- A reproducible hardware smoke checklist exists.\n- Results distinguish verified behavior from shadowed or opaque state.\n- The promoted artifact provenance is updated with evidence or remains explicitly unverified.\n- Any mapping defects found become separate scoped issues.\n\n## Non-goals\n- Claiming full round-trip state without observed readback.
