Rituals' Flutter renderer already ships these two blocks
(AppleContactCardRenderer, AppleCalendarSlotsRenderer), but they were
never registered in the authoritative ForgeBlock vocabulary — the
"Apple-native" catalog group only had appleFileGrant. Adds both as
programmatic composites (of: [section, status]), plus web mockups and
BBS/text-mode entries, matching the existing sibling blocks' style.

Regenerated dist/ for all products (just docs && artifact.py build
--all) since the shared block-catalog diagram/Office templates and
every product's artifact.html draw from the same forgeblock.yml.
just check passes; forgeblock_validate reports 32 blocks (was 30).
