Scope

Regenerates dist/*/artifact.html, which #163 left stale. #163 changed _ICON_TOKENS in
udg/generators/artifact.py (moving icons to spelwork-pua) but did not rebuild the boards. The
icon tab still says "16 OpenMoji stand-ins · 30 awaiting custom art" while the source gives 0 and 1.

Since then the "dist/ matches dtcg + udg sources" gate has failed on every PR, including #190
and #191. This is the only change: one count line in each of the 13 product boards.

Testing

python3 udg/generators/artifact.py build --all, then every command in the just check recipe
run individually: all 12 exit 0, including artifact.py check --all.
git diff --stat: 13 files, 13 insertions and 13 deletions, all in that line.

Impact Statement

Existing features: the icon tab's summary line now matches the registry.
Public APIs / contracts: none.
Schemas: none.
Data / artifacts: dist/*/artifact.html, regenerated by the generator (no hand edits).
Integrations: none.
Mappings: none.
Backward compatibility: no expected impact.

Docs

None needed. The follow-up build-bot PR exists so a generator change can't leave dist/ stale like this again.
