Part of #177. Builds on the slot form issue.

What it's for: someone types or says what they want, the Forge recognises it, and a few required details are missing. Ask only for those, in place, instead of showing the whole form. "Email Mark about Friday" knows who and what, so ask only when.

Where it shows up today

  • The API's wish hydration loop (GET /wishes/active/hydration-needs → POST /wishes/active/hydrate) already does this for the 7 wish questions. It's the only working example.
  • ritual run and the ritual start session: nothing. If a field is missing, the run fails.
  • macOS: the wish intent blocks (wishIntent, wishSlot, wishCalendar, wishActions) show recognised details as suggestion cards. They're hand-wired, not served.

Please design

  • How the already-understood details are shown, so the person can correct a wrong guess
  • One question at a time vs all missing fields together, and when to use which
  • Suggested values (for example "Mark Rivera, from your recent contacts"), with a "why this suggestion?" explanation
  • What happens if the person abandons halfway

Acceptance criteria

  • Spec covers recognised-details display, the missing-field prompt, suggestions, correcting a guess, and abandoning.
  • CLI version (a conversational prompt in ritual start).
  • Shows how wish hydration becomes one instance of this pattern.
