Closes #102 (pending Ville's confirmation there — see below).

What changed

Home "What we believe": cards now carry the deep-cocoa wash (color-mix 22% of --deep) the canvas gives them, on a white band — matching "Who we are"'s panel formula. The seam-chrome default (a white card on a tinted band) was right for Rituals' own seam section, but wrong for this one; the adapter now tells them apart by surface + chrome instead of guessing one tone for all of them.
News hero headline: a new "news" tone narrows the headline measure to the design's own 760px/clamp(38px,5vw,64px), instead of inheriting Rituals' 900px/clamp(40px,5.4vw,74px). The wider measure was fitting fewer characters per line, which is why it wrapped to 2 lines instead of the canvas's 3 — a wrong column width, not a line-count rule.

Regenerated via python3 tools/wp_theme_ingestor/build_surfaces.py build; build_surfaces.py check is clean and the pipeline invariant tests pass (143 passed, 1 skipped — with TOILVILLE_RITUALS_DIR pointed at the sibling checkout).

Not in this PR

The fourth known gap from #102 (product logos) turned out to already be fixed — product-card has had a lockup attribute and the SVGs have been in blocks/_shared/assets/ for a while. Flagging that correction on #102 directly, no code change here.
The Spelwork terminal/console colour swap — that's block CSS, in the companion toilville_rituals PR (Toilville/toilville_rituals#459).

Merge order

Merge Toilville/toilville_rituals#459 first. This PR's new "deep"/"news" tone values are inert no-ops on the WordPress side until that PR's block CSS lands.
