Design sign-off on the block_renderers token + responsive-sizing sweep (PRs #170/#171).

artifact.html's Ritual Blocks tab is built and is the review surface. Outstanding:
produce and share the density x theme x resolved-token-value comparison artifact, then
sign off.

This is a decision, not code. Assigned to ville per the design-review convention.
