Generated MCP-EXT-AUTH-MAPPING.md + its generator (gen_standards_mapping.py), sourced from the standards_mapping pattern in core.intents. Documents the RFC 8693/7523/9728 ↔ Bastia/Keycloak/gateway mapping and the forge_wish_id extension claim. Part of the MCP enterprise-managed-authorization work (spel migrations + forge-webhook-core::bearer + gateway/babel + ritual-engine idjag).
