The hexagonal ports: trait definitions (Crud, LexiconSource, CredentialIssuer, SecretStore, EventSink, SchemaExecutor) and their shared model types (Delegation, Envelope-as-Predication, ExecCtx). Zero I/O — domain depends up on these; adapters implement them.
